Miles & Memories is a New Zealand-registered business selling digital eSIM data plans powered by the Airalo network. Our website is milesandmemories.store.
Products and orders
All products are digital eSIM data plans delivered by QR code. Orders are processed automatically upon payment confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and NZD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
Delivery
eSIMs are delivered digitally to your email address immediately after payment. You can also access your eSIM at any time via the My eSIMs page in your account.
Acceptable use
eSIM plans are for personal use only and may not be resold. Each eSIM is tied to a single device and cannot be transferred once installed.
Limitation of liability
Miles & Memories is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or service interruptions caused by Airalo or the underlying network providers. We will always do our best to resolve issues promptly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
