Frequently asked questions

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone. Instead of inserting a physical SIM, you scan a QR code to activate a data plan — no hardware needed.

Is my phone compatible?

Most phones released after 2018 support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and Google Pixel 3 and later. To check, go to your phone’s Settings → General → About — if you see an “Available SIM” or “Add eSIM” option, you’re good to go.

When should I install the eSIM?

You can install the eSIM any time after purchase — ideally before you travel while you still have a Wi-Fi connection. The data only starts counting once you activate it at your destination.

Can I keep using my regular number?

Yes. Your existing SIM stays in your phone and keeps working for calls and texts. The eSIM runs alongside it and handles your data — so you get the best of both.

How do I receive my eSIM after purchase?

Your QR code will be emailed to you immediately after payment is confirmed, along with everything you need to install and activate it. Just keep the email handy when you arrive.

What if I run out of data?

Simply purchase a new plan and install it the same way. Each plan is independent — you can have multiple eSIMs on your phone and switch between them as needed.

Do plans expire?

Each plan has a validity period that starts from the moment you first activate it — not from purchase. So you can buy in advance without worrying about the clock running.

Can I get a refund?

If your eSIM has not been activated, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Once an eSIM has been installed and activated, we’re unable to offer a refund as the service has been delivered.
